Managing Your Pipeline

Your pipeline gives you a clear view of every deal in progress. This guide shows you how to add deals, move them through stages and track your overall pipeline value.

Open the Pipeline page

Click "Pipeline" in the sidebar. You'll see a Kanban-style board with columns for each deal stage.

Understand the stages

Your pipeline has columns for each deal stage: New Lead, Contacted, Qualified, Proposal, Negotiation, Won and Lost. Each column represents where a deal sits in your sales process.

Add a deal

Click "Add Deal" in any column. Link it to a prospect and set a value. You can also add a deal directly from a prospect's profile page.

Move deals between stages

Drag and drop cards as your deals progress. Moving a deal to a new column updates its stage and timestamps automatically. Your team sees the change instantly.

Create tasks

Click on any deal and add follow-up tasks with due dates. Tasks appear in your task list and trigger reminders so nothing slips through the cracks.

Add notes

Log call notes, meeting summaries and key information on each deal. Notes are visible to your whole team so everyone stays informed about where a conversation stands.

Track your pipeline value

The summary bar at the top shows your total pipeline value and win rate. Use this to forecast revenue and identify bottlenecks in your sales process.
