Using AI Intelligence

LimeProspect's AI does the heavy research so you can focus on selling. This guide walks you through generating intelligence, preparing for calls and managing your AI credits.

Open any prospect and go to the AI Insights tab

Navigate to any prospect's profile and click the "AI Insights" tab. This is where all AI-generated intelligence lives for that company.

Click "Generate Intelligence"

The AI analyses the company's website, public data and signals. This runs in the background so the page stays fast. You'll see a progress indicator while the analysis completes, usually within a few seconds.

Review the AI summary

You'll see a plain-English overview of the company, their likely priorities and market position. The summary is written for salespeople, not data scientists. It highlights the most relevant details for your outreach.

Check opportunities

The "Opportunities" tab shows weaknesses the AI detected on their website: poor accessibility, missing chatbot, weak SEO and more. Each one is a potential sales angle you can use in your outreach.

Prepare for a call

Click "Prepare Me For This Prospect" to get talking points, likely objections with suggested responses and an opening line. Walk into every conversation fully prepared with data-backed context.

Generate outreach

The "Outreach Ideas" tab drafts personalised emails and LinkedIn messages. Choose your tone (formal, friendly or direct) and edit before sending. Each message is tailored to the prospect's specific situation.

Understand your credits

Each AI action uses credits from your plan allowance. Check your remaining credits in Settings, then Billing. Different actions cost different amounts: a summary uses 1 credit, outreach generation uses 2 and call preparation uses 5. You can purchase additional credit packs at any time.
